I recently moved the keyboard to a new computer.
Since I have done that The Dongle is no longer detected for my keyboard. I have tried the pairing utility and updater utility, but I cannot move forward because the computer is not showing the dongle. When I plug it in the computer makes a noise as if I plugged it in and I have tried several ports. My mouse is wireless and worked seamlessly. Below is where I am stuck. I know for a fact the dongle is plugged into a working port.
Try to check in the device manager for driver errors. You can also try connecting it to a different USB port for further isolation. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you address the connection problem. Thanks!
I will try this asap thank you. I have already moved the dongle to every available Port without success.
