Hi Razer Support Team,

 

I have logged an incident before in this regard for my Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro spamming keys. Case Number: 230119-002351 which wasn’t resolved.

The keys/switches in question are the:
"X" which types as "xcc" ,
the Period (.) key on the main typing area which types as ".0.0."
the Pg dn keys above the directional arrows, this quickly cycles down and then up.
There is also a random / intermittent issue when pressing the Right -Shift key which acts as a CTRL Key.

 

The issue persists with all three forms of communication to the PC (2.4Ghz, BT and wired)

The keyboard has been cleaned, Synapse exited and also re-installed, the keyboard tried on a different port and PC entirely.  Firmware and Software is up to date as per the support pages.

Please can you assist and support me to resolve the matter at hand.

Your kind assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hass ssimilar proobleem i typpe uusing the kkeyboaordd rightt now annd this iss how itt types normally, how tto ffiix this ?

Any word yet from Razer? I’ve got the same problem, though I’m using a different keyboard now because my repeat issues are as bad as yours and the keyboard is unusable.

Razer did come back to me, however, couldn't really help me as I purchased the keyboard from Amazon rather than from them. 

At the end of the day it's thrown to the back of my drawer, accumulating dust as it's useless! I have moved to another brand, with equal, if not better results.. honestly, it was a lesson learnt which left a sour taste in my mouth...
