1st thing is to check it on another PC without Synapse installed. Also check if keyboard is plugged to at least USB 3.0 (or above), directly to motherboard, avoiding any USB hubs.

^ The Blackwidow V4 Pro includes 2 detachable USB-C cables (mine did, yellow switch variant). One for power and the other for passthrough. Not USB 3
Razer Blackwidow V4 ( Had to cut kyeboard cord )
I had a black widow chroma the OG one and needed a new keyboard after 4-5 years.
I wanted the Blackwidow V4, but i saw it might have some problems.
I still bought it and said to myself it wont happen to me.
I received the device an got some problems right away that some keys wont respond, and some respond twice when only beeing pressed once.
I conntacted Razer support.
I had talk with support and i had to cut the cord of my old keyboard and take some picures.
After all this i finaly got a new keyboard, and it works great.
I got the replacment and everything works great. so far ;)
