I'm trying to find out if this laptop would benefit from a gen 4 nvme or if the port is gen 3? I know it will work just not sure if the disk IO would be better on a gen 4 nvme

    Is this yours? Looks like its a gen 3 port so you will only get gen 3 performance. Still great performance however!
