Razer Blade 14 2023 Two Faulty Motherboards and Repair Gone Wrong

In June 2023 I bought a Razer Blade 14 3070ti in Taiwan and boy has it been a terrible experience. In the first month that I started using the laptop I already encountered a problem with it that I labeled as not so bad, but quickly regretted that decision. The problem was that when I wanted to start the laptop in the start button, it would take a very long time for it to start, it would turn on and off again multiple times before eventually realizing that I wasn't pressing the button multiple times. I left it at that because I was satisfied enough with the performance of the laptop when using it.

In January 2024 however, a more series problem occurred when I was traveling to Brazil and using it normally on my desk: the motherboard suddenly started smoking out through the left speakers and died. Nothing was spilled on it, no abnormal usage, connected to the battery, no warning as to why it happened, it just smoked and the computer died.

When I finally had my chance to return to Taiwan and get it repaired in May, the IT support decided to replace the motherboard (nothing else could be done I suppose). I got my Razer Blade 14 back with the motherboard replaced at the end of June (just as the warranty was about to complete 1 year). I got it back and used it for a few days with the same problem I had when I first bought the laptop but worse: I had to boot it several times but it eventually registered that I wanted to start using the computer. This time, I went through all the solutions presented in this post (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1798/kw/blade%2014%20power%20on) to figure out the solution but to no avail. During the re-install phase outlined in step 5i in the tutorial in the link above, the laptop once again died and didn't boot/start up at all. I can't do anything for it to start up again no matter what I try.

After that, I once again went back to the IT support in Taiwan and asked them to fix it, after all they had just swapped out my motherboard and it wasn't working, clearly there needed to be something else done to it for it to work properly, but no. They claimed that because my warranty expired they wouldn't even look at my laptop. They said if I wanted to repair it and replace the motherboard again, they would charge the equivalent of $1250, which needless to say is absurd since they just replaced it with a supposedly brand new one and it didn't work at all. For that kind of price I'd just buy a new laptop, and even though the laptop does what I want it to do for work and gaming, it would not justify all this heartache and pain to justify a new one. I effectively had 6 months of use before I had to retire it, what kind of experience is that with a premium laptop?

In summary, bought a faulty motherboard that died within 6 months of use, got it replaced with a new one in the IT support and it came back with one just as faulty as the first one, the second dying after going through the support help outlined in the official website. Now I am left with nothing.

I have all of the documentation, serial number, original receipt and everything.

This situation is not normal and it is unfair that I've had to go through this horrendous experience with a premium product such as this.
