Razer Blade 14 LapTop Ethernet Adapter Internet
I played on Razer blade with Wi-Fi. Terrible connection in online games vs console players. I bought the Ethernet adapter from Best Buy. The best one they had. Connect it to my Razer blade laptop. It said no internet. I connected the Ethernet adapter to a different laptop top that is not the Razer blade and not a gaming laptop top. The Ethernet said internet. I connected the Ethernet adapter to my PlayStation, the Ethernet said internet. Only on the Razer blade laptop my Ethernet says no internet. Contacted windows cooperation. Did a screen share with windows. Watched them control my Razer blade laptop and go through all trouble shooting process. No help at all. Windows said the problem is the laptop not having some type of drive. Said I needed to contact the Razer company directly. The problem is not my internet. The problem is the laptop. I really don not want to send my laptop back. I bought it brand new. I do not want to send it away and have some stranger fixing on my laptop while eating jelly sandwiches and touching my keyboard. This is not a computer. I can not get a new keyboard. It seems like you sent me the laptop with a problem just so you can get it sent back and make the keyboard sticky just say it last less years and I have to buy a new one just so you can make more money. The Ethernet is the number 1 priority computer connected to the internet. It is no way that should be a problem.
Can I get this fix without send it back?
