Razer blade 14 not “charging” via usbc

This is a complex situation, I just bought a Anker 737 120W GaN charger, it charges everything else but my razor blade 14, it does charge it when it turn the computer off, but not when I turn it on or in sleep mode, it some times charges for 1 second and then stopped charging again.
