Hello, 

My razer Blade 15 Advanced (2018) camera and microphone is not working. Even when I connect the laptop with a Bluetooth headphone and cannot hear or speak on zoom meetings. I tried to download the system image from Razer, but it still persists. When making the system image, it formatted the files I already downloaded from Razer, so I don't know how it can restore from the downloaded system image. Do I just download the system image and then start the recovery?

Also if it is a connection issue in the motherboard, which ribbons are the camera and microphone ribbons and how can we replace them?

Any help would be appreciated.
