I really had a bad experience with my laptop.

First while it was in the warranty I requested help from Razer because the touchscreen wasn’t working.

They only suggested my to reset the laptop, while I’m sure that the issue is not related to software.

At that time I couldn’t do so because there were important packages I installed and I needed it for my work.

Resetting it would only increase my problems.

 

Now, the problems only increased. The touchpad clicking is not working at all. It’s definitely a hardware issue. 

I keep good care of my electronics and this is the first laptop I have that keeps getting such problems in just a year and half. This is not supposed to be a cheap laptop, this is a high end laptop and such problems are not expected. I don’t think I will repeat the same mistake and buy another Razer laptop. 

 

They don’t even offer to look at it and I need to figure it out myself!

Worst customer service ever!
