My razer blade 15 advanced 2021 don't charge.
I heard it's because windows 11.
My laptop battery now is drained, and i cannot open it.
Please help my to figure out how to charge it and change windows to 10

I love to see the details and work you have put in to isolate/resolve the Razer Blade's charging behavior. Probable cause of the issue could be the power adapter or charging port. May I know if the charger LED light up when it's plugged into the laptop? Does the laptop LED/charging indicators light up? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can look into model-specific solutions.
