Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2021) Screen Flickering

Hi all, i have a serious issue and i was hoping the community could share thoughts. Last week my laptop Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2021) begin to make some Screen Flickering on my laptop screen.

 

I have 1 extra monitor connected on my laptop but it is not effected by the screen flickering.

 

I tried all the solutions that i could find including from both Razer and Intel (i have links from the instructions below) but none of those helped me. Everywhere that i check, it is mentioned that this is caused by an outdated driver but i made sure that all of them are up to date. I have also clean installed and uninstalled multiple times the Intel UHD Graphics, which fixed the problems some times but never permanently.

 

I also i use Windows 11 and this problem also appears when i open my BIOS menu.

I have a Razer blade 15 2021 with 3070 and Intel i7. It often glitches during working in premiere or after effect, or on YouTube or some other sites, just random time screen horizontal glitches. When it is not plugged into the power, so working on the battery, glitches comes more often and after theei ending, all the screen elements have a like little RGB glitch permanently. Only restart helps bring back it to normal work. Btw, it can handle pretty heavy graphics projects as well as last heavy new games. Just can't make a screen record of these glitches, coz it is so random phenomenon. :( looks like my computer can die at any minute, so I should have to make a backup work files like every work day, coz I'm not sure this computer will be working "tomorrow". These issues starts right from the very begging :(
