Razer blade 15 base model won't turn on

Question

Hello. My Razer Blade 15 Base (2020) won't turn on at all. The white LED does flash every ten seconds that I hold down the power button, but the screen always fails to turn on. The original power supply has a steady green light and doesn't seem to be defective. I've tried the Razer power troubleshooting steps for Blade laptops on the website to no avail. Is there anything that I haven't considered or tried? Thank you all so much in advance for your help.
