I noticed bloating on my battery and opened the case and have come to see that it was tearing out. So I took out the battery and I am currently using it plugged in. However, I looked up the model number and I do not want to use third-party units. I would like to know if Razer would ship a battery on payment.

It's the right thing to remove the battery to avoid any possible damage caused by a bloated battery. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case so I can raise your concern to the relevant team who will check our options in providing you with a replacement battery.
