Razer blade 2021 base restart 2-3 times before going to windows login page

Hello guys! I need help i have a razer blade 2021 base model so i dont know from past few month my laptop is acting weird like it restart 2-3 times before going to the windows login page like when i turn it on the keyboard lit on and the screen is blank then keyboard light turns off and turns on again then it started to boot up its really annoying i have also changed the CMOS battery but nothing happened it act same as before what is the problem??
