Razer Blade Pro 17" Model - boots into BIOS but not Windows OS

i have followed all troubleshooting and it looks like internal harddrive is not recognised. i have created a USB with system recovery and it tells me "there was a problem recovering your PC". the laptop was used by a 7 years old and apart from windows only had 2 games installed from microsoft store: roblox and minecraft. this happened after playing one of them. i also tried to reinstall windows 10 from USB and its not seeing internal harddrive. laptop is 1 week out of warranty :-( so only 1 year old, i have a case raised but wondering if anyone can suggest what to do. thank you!
