Good afternoon! Could you help me? I have a laptop Razer Blade Pro FHD (GTX 1060). It has only HDMI output and USB-C Thunderbolt 3. I want to purchase a monitor with G-sync support. A question arose. Since G-sync does not work via HDMI, and DisplayPort is missing on my laptop, will it work when connecting the monitor via a USB-c - DisplaPort adapter. Is the USB-C port connected directly to GeForce graphics?
Many thanks for the prompt response!
Mine does not work. I bought 3 diffferent adapters and none of them work with g-sync :( (Model rz09-0329). The only good thing is that you can run your games at maximun refresh rate. Otherwise you are limited if you use HDMI below 2.1.
