Razer Core X not detected on Win11 w/ Thunderbolt4

I just got a Razer Core X and installed an Asus Thunderboltex 4. The Asus Thunderbolt Control Center doesn't show the device conencted but it is connected and powered on. I have a GeForce GTX 1080ti installed in the enclosure. It powers on automatically when I connect the Thunderbolt cable to the PC with the Thunderbolt4 card in it. So that kinda tells me they are talking... to some extent. What else do I need to try to get this eGPU working with this PC?
