Hello! Im using the virtual keyboard atm… Some buttoms just seemed to have died (y, o, a, l, m, 5). Did everything I found on internet already, like having all firmwares and stuff up to date, reinstalling drivers, windows update, using Razer Synapse… things get better but only for a moment. When I restart my PC the problem is there again. Any advices, besides not buying “cheap” Razer products anymore?

Hi ConfinesOfFear,

I’m here to help. Were there any changes made to your system or keyboard before the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your device? e.g., spilled liquid, etc. To isolate the problem, please try to perform a hard reset below.

  1. Unplug the keyboard.
  2. Press and hold "Escape", "Caps Lock", and the space bar.
  3. Plug the keyboard into a USB port.
  4. Release all keys.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Have a good one!
