Dears,

I just bought a new Razer Cynosa chroma keyboard and the Esc , F1-12 and number keys are not working but they are lit.

I have the keyboard connected to my Razer Laptop Blade 17.

I tried first to do the steps mentioned in the video about exiting Demo mode as shown in the below link:

But that did not work.

Also tried plugging it in different USB port in my laptop and also tried restarting the laptop after doing the above steps.

I have Windows 11 Home version 22H2.

What do you suggest I try?

Try to connect it to another PC (without Synapse installed) and test.

If it’s the same, then RMA it.


@FiszPL I tried plugging it on another older Asus laptop and tried plugging it on a PC directly but in both cases the issue is same.

What do you mean by RMA ?
