Hello everybody, I have some issue with this keyboard,. I already purchadsed this gameboard, plugged in, everythings is fine, but when I play CS GO i have an issue with a caps lock button.. I used it for a WALK, but while I am holding CAPS LOCK I can only press one more button, for example CAPS LOCK and W, so I go towards silently, but I can't press A and go left, If I press a SHIFT I can press also W and A and it works, only issue is with a CAPS lock that couldnt allow me use more keys. Thanks for your help.

      Did you already try to check the game settings for that key or check if there's a macro or key bind enabled in the Synapse 3 app? PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the problem. Thanks!
