Razer Cynosa V2 Esc + F1 - F12 keys not working

I just noticed on my 2020 model Cynosa V2 the keys [Esc] and F1 until F12 are not working (they are not giving any input although they light up nicely). I'm running Windows version 22H2 OS Build 22621.900 and driver version 10.0.15063.0 The driver does seem 2 years old, is there a newer version available? Thank you in advance

    Try the steps here for further isolation. If you're using a USB hub, connect the keyboard directly to the motherboard's USB port. Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware problem.
