Razer death adder v2 disconnecting


Hello fellow razer users, i have had a problem with my razer death adder v2 pro and i wanted to know if anyone else had this issue. The mouse is brand new but it keeps disconnecting after it starts up, same goes for 2.4 and bluethooth, but when i use it with cable it doesnt. Anyone had this issue aswell and knows how to fix it?

just got mine today and this is happening to me, the same thing as you, i thought it was my computer and tried a different one and still the same issue, also, updated to newer firmware and now neither bt and 2.4ghz works, cant believe i just spent 70$ on this.

Hey wts_Kendr and kiujind. Check if the issue happens while the mouse is paired with another computer. Also, try isolating the disconnection by using/pairing the mouse with the PC only. If you have another WiFi/Bluetooth device around the mouse, please disable or turn them off and check if the issue persists. You can also switch the WiFi channel to 1,6 or, 11 in the modem's settings and see how it goes.

If you have another WiFi/Bluetooth device around the mouse, please disable or turn them off and check if the issue persists. What? There's no automatic firmware update, you have to update it manually.

After I updated firmware 2.04, my 2.4 completely failed. The computer can't detect the inserted 2.4. I have applied for a new 2.4

Please try downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Let me know how it went. Otherwise, send me a PM, including your device's serial number, so I can help you submit a support ticket number.

These are useless. My 2.4 is completely broken.There is no prompt tone when plugged into any device。。The thing is this: because my mouse button is loose, customer service replaced me with a new mouse. After I received it, I plugged it into the computer and used it for about 1 minute. Then, the mouse began to jam. I want to reinsert 2.4. But he has broken down. At present, customer service said that they would send me new parts after the holiday。This situation is caused after I open razer synapse3. So, I guess it is the hardware damage caused by automatic update

I don't have these. Because my 2.4 is damaged, No device detected when plugged into the computer Currently, I use a wired connection, but cannot update the firmware Prompt to insert 2.4 when updating firmware. Actually, I have inserted it.

Hi, 

I have my mouse DeadthAdder v2 Pro and start with the same issue. 

Once connected by Bluetooth or 2.4 start to connect and disconnect. If I connect by cable works perfect. 
I bought this mouse 6/7 months ago.
