RAZER DEATHADDER USB 2.4Ghz DONGLE NOT WORKING, JUST BOUGHT.

I have tried everything to get the 2.4Ghz setting on my mouse to work. I have no idea what is the problem, and there are so many other form post of the exact same problem with no fix. All support is doing is saying to open a PM and that it is a hardware problem. From what I can see it is clearly a massive hardware issue that needs to addressed.  No matter what drivers I uninstall or how many times I uninstall synapse 3 it has not worked, I have tried every solution on reddit, youtube, this form etc. Please provide a fix or give me a refund.
