Razer Deathadder v2 Mini having issues when clicking and dragging/ holding left click

I recently bought a Deathadder V2 Mini off Amazon about 2 months ago, and as of recent anytime I try to hold down the left click button (to say, fire a weapon in a game or click and drag files), it will randomly stop, or count as a single press.
I’ve noticed that applying the bare minimum of pressure will allow me to actually keep it recognized as a hold click, but its unconventional.
I don’t have a warranty nor can I return it so I want to know if there’s any solutions to this problem.
