Just today my scroll wheel stopped working all of a sudden.
I think i have it over 2 years but i dont remember when i bought this.
Everything else is fine. Is there a cleaning procedure for it ?
How often is the mousewheel stop working on these models ?
Is there a video tutorial or a guide on how to fix it ?

Hi there,
You can try using a can of compressed air and spray it in between the gaps to remove any debris. Feel free to send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number if you need further assistance.

+1There’s no official cleaning procedure.
You can try spray some air inside (left side of the mouse scroll) maybe it’ll “clean” the encoder a bit. It might help sometimes.
If not, then only scroll replacement will fix this issue.
