Razer Deathadder v2 pro Bluetooth&2.4Ghz connectivity not working

Hello! I recently bought this Razer mouse today and the Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz connectivity through the dongle don't work. The only time I got it to work was wired through a cable Razer has included in the package. If you have any suggestions on what to do please let me know! Thank you!
