There is a problem with the dongle just like everyone else. It doesn't work when I plug it into the computer. I did everything Razer In suggested but it didn't work. The computer does not see the dongle at all. I'm waiting for your help. Item Code: RZ01-03350

Hey - So I am having the same issue with a very lightly used Death Adder 2. At one point the dongle was functional on an Asus laptop, then it stopped functioning. Will not work on an Acer Predator Desktop or HP Omen laptop. Please help.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer? If you can connect it successfully, then update its firmware. If that didn’t work, shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
