Razer Deathadder v2 PRO Firmware Updater not working

HI.

Im trying to update firmware in my Deathadder v2 PRO mouse. The firmware update tool that I downloaded from Razer support page get stuck in 0% and after a while says “Plese reconnect your device!”.  At this point I unplug the dongle and plug it again and the tool says again that I need an update (Im at 2.02.01 and offers to update to 2.04.00) and the process repeats with same result over and over.

I have trying updating with the cable connected instead but get the same message. Aldo tried updating on my main computer (Ryzen 7700x, ASUS MB X670E )  and my laptop  (Intel 11800H )  with same problem.

Please help me solve this.
