My Razer deathadder v2 pro is not being recognized by windows when connected through the usb cable, it works fine via BT or 2.4 wireless connection. The main issue is, it is also not charging, it is a matter of time before the battery runs out and the mouse becomes paper weight.
I know the cable is working because I have another deathadder v2 pro that works normally with that cable.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do? Is it an issue with the port on the mouse?
