i have a problem with my razer deathadder v2 pro where it cannot connect via dongle only by cable. I have already updated sypanse and the mouse to the current version with the razer application. I already tried to synchronize the dongle with the mouse but also without success. I bought the mouse 2 weeks ago and I can no longer use it wirelessly with just the cable I need help to solve this problem.
