i brought a brand new deathadder v2 pro because the previous one is malfunctioning.

my mouse works fine when using the 2.4ghz usb, but when i plug it into the PC it does not work.

i found this out while updating my mouses firmware after i brought it.

i was trying to reset my mouse through synapse 3.0, but then i found out synapse doesn’t recognize my mouse through 2.4ghz.

i had tried factory reseting the mouse by pressing and holding the profile button, but it does not work.
