Razer Deathadder V3 Pro Wireless mouse wont turn on

This is the name of the mouse RAZER DEATHADDER V3 PRO - ERGONOMIC WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE - AP PACKAGING, it’s plugged into my MacBook Pro Apple M2 Pro Chip, Sonoma 14.0. It won’t turn on (i use wired) and when its plugged into my mac it wont turn on and doesn’t move my mouse. ive tried charging and that does nothing it doesn’t respond when it charging so i cant tell if its charging.

Do you have another USB-C cable to check if it’s working (via wire) or charging?

If it’ll be still the same - then RMA the mouse.

    I have a usb-c cord that came with headphones i got from razer and tried using them but that also failed, is there a link to do a RMA on the mouse?

    Here you can create a new support case: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support then they'll provide RMA after verification.
