The dongle that came with my razer deathadder v3 pro is no longer being detected by my computer, I have tried connecting it to other computers and i get the same issue. The mouse works only when connected by wire which is very frustrating. How can i fix this issue?

I’m here to help. Please try updating the mouse firmware here. Once done, download the pairing utility in this article.
