Razer Dock conflict with USB Dongle Adapter

Hello, I recently bought a new mouse (Razer Deathadder v2 Pro). This new mouse came with a USB dongle adapter which extends the reach of the mouse. I also got a USB charging Dock (https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice-accessories/razer-mouse-dock-chroma) which I use for charging. I noticed that the RGB mechanism of the dock is blocked when I connect the USB dongle adapter. I thought this was a bug, that's why I'm reporting it here.

Try to repair the Synapse app by following the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific workarounds to help you resolve the problem. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.

First, I tried repairing the app using the repair tool from Razer Central. That did not resolve the issue. Then I uninstalled the app, and downloaded it again. It too did not resolve the issue. I think it's a general bug. I'll try and describe again the setup that replicates the problem: * Windows 10 * Laptop with a USB Hub: - Connect the USB hub with one of the ports - Connect to the first port of the USB hub the Razer Mouse Dock - Connect to the other port of the USB hub the Razer Dongle Adapter (found in a Razer Deathadder v2 Pro) - Power up the PC - RGB light in Razer USB docker will be off - Pull out the Razer Dongle Adapter - Reboot the PC - RGB light in Razer USB docker will be on
