Razer Electra V2 USB Shows up as "invalid Configuration Descriptor"

PinkPearlsleekSHELL167

I just bought a Razer Electra V2 USB and cant get it to work at all. Tried the firmware updater tool, tried uninstalling it and restarting the pc.Im using windows 10 pro version 22H2, build 19045.3208. TLDR: when the headset gets plugged in, it doesnt show any signs of life, and the person i bought it from said it works fine for them. I have tried different ports, different PCs, to no avail. I attached a screenshot of what windows shows when the headset is plugged in

Hi @PinkPearlsleekSHELL167,

Try installing the Synapse 2 app if it will detect your headset. If the problem persists on multiple PCs it’s highly likely a hardware problem. It’s best that you reach out to the reseller immediately to know your return options. Feel free to PM me anytime if you have further questions or check https://mysupport.razer.com/ for troubleshooting steps and updates. Thanks!
