So, following happened:
In January 22 bought razer EnkiX Chair, in December it broke down - the lifting mechanism is dead and chair wont go up, as well as central unit - is dead along with more parts.
Did request a warranty replacement part, and instead of central unit - razer sent me “chair’s back”… like why do I even need it?
So, now - 8 MONTHS HAVE PASSED, I HAVE NO REPLACEMENT PART, this low quality enki chair - fell apart completely, I have received 135 emails from razer - WITH SAME ANSWER, we are packing your item - please wait, after I receive - sorry part is not available, then - we pack it, then sorry - there is no part again.
This unhuman treatment is not normal, I spent 500 euros on chari - I have no chair, razer not trying to solve my case, not trying to send me another chair model or anything, 8 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never buy anything, I have full razer setup with everything razer - I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN!!!!
Never had such issue with any other company - I am planning to pursue Razer legally and sue them for such misstreatment and scam.
Did contact Razer everywhere - they send me same emails again and again, this is huge disrespect. Please be aware and never buy anything from them. My case is under this username, there’s RMA case and all emails, everything is true unfortunately.
