And the EQ does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
It's been two weeks and 4 updates and you guys still can't fix this it's honestly disheartening I'm getting pretty sick of this
How can you guys not fix this s#$#
I've done ABSOLUTELY everything to try to resolve this and it's still on your guys end
Using Blackshark V2 with sound card, I fixed the problem with the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool program the Razer support sent me, it uninstalls all razer drivers and makes a clean installation.
All functions worked properly. But i didnt like the new equalizer thing. I mostly use the headphone for listening music and want my equalizer heavily bass. But even i set equalizer’s maximum gain to 0 dB, it normalizes itself and clips volume with every bass. This is bullshit. And i thought, maybe if i delete THX Spatial Audio program which recently appears at Add or Rmove Programs window, it will be good. But it returned the first not working state. The equalizer, THX, mic settings are not working.
So, the problem with the update was with the “THX Spatial Audio USB xxxx” program wont work properly i guess.
Same EQ does Nothing😠
