I was trying to top-up Blizzard through Razer Gold, as there was an option to do that in the Blizzard store, but it keeps telling me that “to proceed with the transaction, I must first set up 2-Step Authentication for your account.” But I have already set up both the authenticator app, as well as my mobile number.

Same problem here!!!!! I’m trying to buy a game from indiegala using razer gold. I did set up the -Step Authentication and still can’t buy the game because it keeps asking me to set up the authenticator ...
I have the same issue and I am not able to link my phone number but the app authenticator is already setup and I amnot able to make any new order now
