Razer Guaranteed Support Site for Brazil no longer exists. I need help.

A button on my basilisk V2 has stopped working, my mouse is still under warranty, when I enter the site indicated by razer an error message appears in the redirect, follow the attached print, can anyone help me?

 

Anyone knows how to request support for Razer RMA? i can´t do it in Razer Site because redirects me to a Zendesk site with a error "This company doesn´t use Help Center Anymore"


Same for me, im trying other ways but 0 response,
