I can not connect my hammerhead hyper speed to Razer Audio app on my phone after updated it’s firmware to v1.1.0_r4. It’s keep showing the notification Missing Earbud. I have tried as instructed but it still doesn't work. I think there might be an issue with the right earpiece because it keeps disconnecting when I use it with the PS5

after i upgrade my firmware to the new one, my hammerhead can’t connect to my razer audio
Maybe you should try the PC software to configure it, then connect it to whatever device you want. I’m 99% sure it will keep its settings from the pc software.
