Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2st Gen) touch functions are not working

I bought the product today. Everything is so beautiful. There is no sound and RGB problem. The only problem is that the touchpad of my left headset does not work. With my right headset, I can skip songs, turn off the song or answer calls. I can't do these functions on my left headset. The product was never opened, I bought zero. It's sad to encounter such problems with the Razer headset. Is there a setting for the operation of the touchpad of my left headset?  I have made a firmware update.  I tried it on the computer, the situation is the same. Thanks...
