Hello guys i just want to ask why my right ear buds drains battery so fast I've just received this earlier then i follow the instructions in the box says you need to charge it 60 mins i followed that then a firmware update pops out i clicked yes then after it rebooted i use it like 10mins and the right buds drains so fast from 100% it goes to 7% in just 10-15mins pls help me this is my 2nd time ordering TWS earbuds on razer

    This is highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt for me to check its warranty through Google Drive.
