  1. my RAZER HAMMERHEAD TRUE WIRELESS (NEW 2021) the audio sometimes cut out cut in when playing PUBGM or playing music,only a few seconds,
  2. and sometimes difficult to connect the mobile phone.
  3.  and when i chose a menu for setting audio, this audio’s apk get force close.

I'm here to help. Please try to perform the following steps below to isolate the issue:

  1. Adjust the earbuds until they fit snugly, or try swapping out the ear tips to find a pair that seals well.
  2. Use the mobile app todo a fitting test to ensure you have a good seal.
  3. Disable the Auto Play/Pause feature if you cannot get a secure seal.
