As what I see, the earbud isn't being charged anymore by the case even if the left one is .
I already tried what came up here and it didn't work so please help

Edit : I've owned the earbuds for ages months and all was fine until yesterday
I bought mine sealed on the 21/11/23 and the left earphone does not exceed 10% and it does not let me use it because it needs an update according to the App, I have tried everything and nothing to solve, no one responds or the tickets made for warranty.
I have same issue
