Razer hammerhead tws right side not charging or disconnecting in case

I've had my hammerheads for roughly a year now and recently, the right earbud has stopped working properly. While it seems most people on here have the issue that it won't turn on, mine won't turn off, even when it's in the case. I've tried cleaning the charging pins as well as updating the firmware from the razer audio app, but nothing seems to work. It's very temperamental as sometimes I can get it turned off before it proceeds to turn itself back on 20 minutes later. I hope this is enough detail as this is my first time here.
