At first the left earbud wont turn on it went completely dead but after charging for some minutes it turns on but when i put it inside the case and close the lid its still connected to my phone and working and there is also battery drainage issue on the left earbud

I have the same issue. But now it developed to a level where neither of the earbuds turn off when they are back in the case. Also they lose connection to eatch other.
Had this same issue, I saw a support staff mention to drain the battery to 0 percent and then charge it to 100 lemme know if this works.
i have this issue at times too. you can try cleaning the contacts on the bottom of your buds with isopropyl alcohol, and use a cotton swap to gently clean the contacts in your case. or maybe the magnet in your case is going bad since that's how they turn off. if all fails; you can try looking for a new left bud on eBay. granted they aren't brand new, but they work. i got a new right side for my hammerhead TWS pro, and it barely feels used at all. and if the replacement still has the issue, you can try and buy a replacement case on ebay. its a lot cheaper than getting a whole new pair.
