Razer HIDClass 6.2.6200.16547 and Microsoft OneNote Scrolling | Razer Insider

I have a problem with OneNote and the way the screen scrolls with the mouse wheel. In all programs, other than OneNote, the mouse wheel scrolls at the default of 3 lines based on Windows settings. In OneNote, however, the mouse wheel will scroll about 20 lines. This doesn't happen in Word, Excel, Edge, Chrome, or File Explorer; just in OneNote.

I just noticed I typed the HIDClass number wrong in the title and I can’t update it. It was 6.2.9200.16547 not 6200.

I have Razer mice on all of my computers. I just got a new computer and I noticed OneNote wasn't scrolling abnormally so I tried to hunt down what is causing this. I thought maybe the Razer software was causing an issue so I didn't install any of it. Razer Inc HIDClass - 6.2.9200.16545 was installed on July 10, 2023, and OneNote continued to function as normal. Today, I ran Windows update and it installed the Razer Inc - HIDClass - 6.2.9200.16547 driver. It's not the Synapse software, just the driver. I opened OneNote and It is scrolling 20 lines instead of 3. I am not sure if it is the driver or if it is another update that is causing this but this seems to happen on any computer I use a Razer mouse on. After unplugging the Razer mouse, installing a standard mouse, and rebooting the computer, no change as far as scrolling is concerned after this driver is installed. I am not sure what is causing this but it seems to be related to something Razer-related. I just don't know why it affects OneNote and nothing else.
