Razer hunstam v2 tkl

Hi! I just got new razer huntsman v2 tkl and i decided to chek its polling rate on a website that allows to check polling rate of a keyboard:https://blog.seethis.link/scan-rate-estimator/ And it showed that my keyboard is 500hz while in synapse i set it on 8000hz. Is it a defect or how can i fix it? Also how can i check that my keyboard is 8000hz? P.S. I tried setting keyboard to 1000hz and it didnt even get 500hz. It showed like 300hz
