I have been having issues with my huntsman elite volume wheel for a while now. I tried pretty much everything that could be done to help with the problem.
- uninstalled synapse
- removed every driver related to razer from my computer
- cleaned the volume wheel (even though I know its not hardware related because everything works fine when synapse is closed
- reinstalled the latest version of synapse
I am also running a fresh install of windows
This is getting rather frustrating and I am thinking a ditching synapse all together.
I know its software related because the lighting is also lagging when I am experiencing this issue.
I also realized that ones in a while, when my screen goes to sleep due to inactivity, my lighting syncs up and the scroll wheel begins to function.
Razer please, fix your software.
