Razer Huntsman TE Key repeats 36 times and doesn't respond to other keystrokes

The RGB won’t work and I can’t see whether the caps lock is working. I took it out of demo mode as the support video told me to and keys start repeating and won’t respond until done. They repeat in a giant line of 36 characters repeated of the key I press and won’t stop unless I press another key and that one repeats down. Tried cleaning it with compressed air and I reinstalled and uninstalled synapse also restarting my computer.
